Learn about the different Documents that you can upload.
ProTenders currently supports 2 types of documents:
- File Documents: File documents are used to transmit all types of supporting documents for bidders, including specifications, drawings and legal documents. These documents are uploaded by the documenters and will have to accepted by the bidders in order to submit their bid.
- Bill of Quantities: A bill of quantities (BOQ) is a document in which materials, parts, and labor (and their costs) are itemized. This document can either be created online or imported from Excel by the documenters and will have to be priced by the bidders.
